Finding a nurturing environment for your child to develop in their Islamic knowledge, manners and character is no doubt the desire of every Muslim parent. In creating the ‘Ultimate Islamic Learning Experience, QUL College is open for enrolment.

The ages we have openings for on Saturdays are boys and girls, aged 5 to 17.

Depending on your child’s age, level and day of attendance, students are currently covering:

? Reflecting on the Quran: Tafsir Juz’ Amma, Tafsir Surat al-Waqi’ah

? Worshipping Allah: Fiqh of the 5 Pillars of Islam, Fiqh of Transactions and Trade (al-mu’amalat)

✅ Behaving Well: Beginning of Guidance by Imam al-Ghazali, Adab Suluk al-Murid by Imam al-Haddad

? Living the Prophetic Biography: al-Shama’il al-Muhammadiyyah (the Beautiful Qualities of the Prophet Muhammad) based on a book by Imam al-Nabhani, Stories from the Life of our Prophet Muhammad (for students aged 10 and under)

Arabic Immersion Course for Children and Women

After a successful pilot program for our Arabic Immersion Course last term, we are now taking enrolments for Term 4, 2020. Children were immersed in an Arabic environment of colours, shapes and games and had a total blast of fun. If you’re interested for your child, reach out to us ASAP!

We also have a NEW session for women/mothers who want to enrol in the Arabic Immersion Course, taught by females. This session occurs on Wednesdays 10am to 11am – indicate your interest in the below form.

  • Give your child a head start with our Arabic Immersion Course.
  • Especially designed for your child’s beginner Arabic needs by QUL College, we aim to have most of our instruction delivered in the Arabic language.
  • Immerse your child in an Arabic environment on a weekly basis (one or two sessions per week).
  • We integrate Quran, Dua and Dhikr into our Arabic Immersion Program so your child develops a more versatile grasp of the Arabic language.

3rd Annual Youth Camp January 2019

Our 3rd Annual Youth Camp is the perfect Summer Holiday activity for your child where they will have lots of fun, as well as learn so much about their own identity, make superb friends, and have an absolute blast!

In a supportive Islamic environment, with both male and female Islamic scholars and teachers ready to guide and mentor your child through their life’s journey. Our QUL College senior teaching team of:

  • Shaykh Omar Habbouche
  • Ustadha Feda Abdo

will be in attendance and offering Islamic lessons, classes and helping your son or daughter navigate their living as a confident young Muslim in a western society.

Shifa Institute is dedicated to bringing youth together in a positive and encouraging environment. As part of our programs, we would like to invite you to apply to have your child attend our 3rd Annual Family Camp over 4 days and 3 nights, from Friday 18th January 2019 to Monday 21st January 2019.

2nd Annual QUL Junior Camp 2018

 

This 3 night camp will be for 9 to 16 year old boys and girls. Register your child’s name here. At this stage the cost is $290 per child, but if we can get some additional sponsors, we might be able to get it down to $270.
